Altenew Vintage Flowers

Hi everyone!

Today I have a card to share using the gorgeous Altenew Vintage Flowers stamp set:

Altenew: Vintage Flowers stamp set
Mama Elephant Stamps: Labeled Messages
Bazzill cardstock: Coconut Swirl
Memento ink: Lulu Lavender, Sweet Plum, Elderberry
New Sprout, Bamboo Leaves, Olive Grove
Verafine ink: Onyx Black
Range Enamel Accents: Black

This is the first time that I've inked up this stamp set, even though I'd had it since it was first released!  I *really* want to try out the Altenew inks, but I can't seem to find them in stock anywhere in the UK, so I used Memento inks.  I was going to stamp both of the large roses in the set, but I only have 3 purple inks, so I used the 3-step rose twice instead.  I stamped the top left rose first, and then masked it before stamping the second rose and the leaves.

I followed the sketch over at CAS(E) this Sketch! 174 for my layout:

SPD Sweet2Repeat Hop: Whatever the Weather

Welcome to the SugarPea Designs Sweet 2 Repeat Blog Hop! Now that so many of you have our April Product Release in your hot little hands, the SugarPea Designers have put together new projects that will inspire you with even more creative possibilities featuring the newest SugarPea Designs stamp sets, paper pack and SugarCut dies!

My cards were super quick and easy to make.  I simply used 2 different sheets of paper from our brand new paper pad, Whatever the Weather, stamped them with sentiments from the Whatever the Weather stamp set, added an umbrella to the second card using the new Whatever the Weather die set, and finally a sprinkling of few clear sequins.

Hi everyone!  Today I have a card to share following CAS(E) this Sketch #170 and Color Throwdown #390 challenges:

Lawn Fawn Dies: Stitched Borders
Versamagic ink: Night Sky
Doodlebug Sprinkles: Bumblebee
Bazzill cardstock: Coconut Swirl
Core'dinations cardstock: February Gold; Tim Holtz Distressed Sapphire

To start, I covered my card base in some Core'dinations February Gold cardstock, and then added panels of navy striped paper from My Favorite Things 6x6 Paper Pack - Proper Pinstripes and Bazzill Coconut Swirl cardstock to create the layout.  I added some stitched detail to the white panels using my Lawn Fawn Dies: Stitched Borders. 

The "thank you" was die cut from some Core'dinations Tim Holtz Chipped Sapphire cardstock using one of the dies from the new Avery Elle Elle-ments Die: A Tag for All.  I stamped one of the sentiments from the Mama Elephant Stamps: Labeled Messages using some VersaMagic Night Sky ink, and then added some Doodlebug Bumblebee Sprinkles to finish.
