Wee Stamps Holly


Hi everyone! Today is the final day of the Whimsy Stamps September Rubber & Die Release Showcase!

Last Wednesday (19 September) Whimsy Stamps released this month's new rubber designs, Shapeology dies, Whimsy Designer Paper packs and Shape EZ templates. From then until today (25 September) the Whimsy Stamps DT and Special Guests are showcasing these fabulous new goodies with a daily mini blog hop ... and I am part of today's hop!!!

Each mini blog hop has a new release prize hidden somewhere along the way and you have 24hrs to enter each prize draw.

Whimsy Stamps September Release!!!



Welcome to the Whimsy Stamps September 2012 rubber stamp and die RELEASE (Holiday Collection Part 1)!

Today, Whimsy Stamps is releasing 22 wonderful new rubber stamps & stamp sets, 5 fabulous new Shapeology dies and 2 gorgeous new Shape EZ templates. These new goodies are available to buy right now from the Whimsy Stamps store along with all your Whimsy favorites.

We are also releasing 2 *BRAND NEW* Whimsy Designer Paper packs designed by Michele Roos for Whimsy Stamps. These acid and lignin free 6x6 paper packs contain 24 sheets of stunning designs (12 designs - 2 of each) printed on heavyweight slightly textured papers. We have 2 new holiday themed paper packs available to buy from today (details below), and the Cottage Charms Paper pack that was available to pre-order during our August release is also available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store.

From today until 25 September the Whimsy DT and Special Guests will be showcasing these new products with a daily mini blog hop. Each mini blog hop has a new release prize hidden somewhere along the way and you have 24hrs to enter each prize draw by leaving a comment on every blog listed for that day.

At the end of release week (Wednesday 26 September) we will post a Release Round-Up on the Whimsy blog. This will include a selection of DT work from the new release week together with a complete list of winners from the daily mini blog hops.

SCRS September Release Day - Soccer Josh

Hi everyone and welcome to the Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps SEPTEMBER RELEASE DAY! All new stamps are now available to buy from the SCRS store! We are also previewing Soccer Josh today.

As soon as I saw this week's new MFT Wednesday Stamp Club Sketch #88, I had one of those very rare 'lightbulb' moments and instantly knew it would be the perfect layout for my Soccer Josh card.  My brother-in-law supports Newcastle United so I decided to make this his birthday card (even though his birthday is not until next year, lol!) and coloured Josh's kit to match.  I used the small alpha stamps from the fabulous MFT Jersey Die-namics & Stamp Set to stamp out "Happy Birthday Roger".  The cloud paper is a 6x6 MME piece (not sure from which pad) and the green and B&W paper is by Echo Park.
(Sorry the lighting is a bit off. I take photos on a windowsill with the window on the left as you look at the photo. As it was 6pm when I took this, the sun was starting to set and it has therefore affected the lighting. I'll replace with another over the weekend when I get better light!)

SCRS September Previews - Videogame Oliver

Hi everyone and welcome to the first day of our Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps September previews! Today we are excited to show you Videogame Oliver who comes with a very appropriate sentiment that reads "GAME ON". All new stamps will be available to buy on Saturday 8th September 2012.
